Oncology Support Specialist

Job Summary:
">CancerCare Manitoba seeks a skilled Administrative Professional to provide secretarial support for the Surgical Oncology Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and organizing meetings, coordinating rounds, taking minutes, maintaining schedules of physicians, preparing correspondence, data entry, and other general office duties.

- Assisting with special projects, research grant proposals">

Requirements:

- Diploma or certification in an administrative program from an accredited institution">
- Minimum two years' experience in a senior secretarial position">
- Medical terminology, transcription, and minute-taking skills">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)">
- Satisfactory employment record, ability to work in Canada">
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills">
Compensation:
">We offer a competitive salary range of $63,112 - $66,985 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
