About the Opportunity

CancerCare Manitoba is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading pediatric cancer program, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to research and education.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical care to pediatric patients with hematological malignancies and solid tumors, including those with brain tumors. They will also participate in multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with researchers, and contribute to the development of the Pediatric Neuro-Oncology program.

Requirements
  • Eligibility for registration and independent medical practice with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba as a subspecialist Pediatric Hematologist-Oncologist
  • Certification (or eligibility, or SEAP examination equivalency) from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Pediatric Hematology Oncology
  • Additional training and experience in Pediatric Neuro-Oncology
