About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at DBA Beckers. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Sales Staff

Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Authorize Payments and Manage Finances

Oversee the authorization of payments, manage sales budgets, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Order and Manage Inventory

Coordinate the ordering and management of sales inventory, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.

Establish Sales Strategies

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and improve customer satisfaction.

Prepare Sales Reports

Compile and analyze sales data to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and inform business decisions.

Supervise and Coordinate Sales Activities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure seamless sales operations.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

Language

Fluency in English is essential.

Work Environment

Fast-paced sales environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Personal Qualities

Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, and reliable.
