As a Member Experience Supervisor, you'll be a key part of this team, acting as a delegate to the Experience Manager and coaching and motivating staff to achieve their sales goals and targets.

Your typical workday will be full of interaction and engagement with members and potential members, ensuring they receive the best experience possible from the moment they walk in our doors.

You'll match each new member's unique needs, interests, and goals with the right Club products, services, and people, and be available to answer questions regarding membership, manage and resolve any concerns, and ensure members and guests feel welcomed.

We're looking for 2+ years of related customer experience and 1+ year of sales experience, and expect you to be able to articulate how you've achieved sales success and delivered meaningful customer growth in your past experiences.
