Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our VoIP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems with VoIP services
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • French-English bilingualism required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
