About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Manager to lead our culinary team at 360 Restaurant Consultant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality food standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and supplier relationships
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
  • Maintain high-quality food standards, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, promoting a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize buffets and banquets, delivering exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting
