Rainbow General Contracting is seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and experience in supervising a team of cement finishers. Key responsibilities include preparing production reports, supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, training and arranging for training, estimating costs and materials, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player. We also offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees. The work term is permanent, with 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
