About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Sushi Mura Entertainment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff, prioritizing efficient meal preparation and presentation.
  • Train and develop junior staff members in job duties, food safety procedures, and menu knowledge.
  • Conduct inventory management, estimating ingredient and supply needs to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on operational performance, providing actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Working Conditions
  • This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • The working hours are approximately 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic restaurant environment, maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as access to comprehensive health and dental benefits, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
