Job Title: SAP SD Senior Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Senior Manager to join our team at High Cliff Partners Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing projects related to the SAP SD module and related technologies, ensuring the configuration, parameterization, and customization of the SD module to meet the specific requirements of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to the SAP SD module, ensuring timely completion and meeting business requirements.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure, parameterize, and customize the SD module to meet the specific needs of our organization.
  • Training and Support: Train end-users on the use of SAP SD and provide support in case of questions or issues.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of business analysts and users to understand their needs and different business imperatives.
  • Change Management: Analyze change requests, assess impacts, and technological issues, and produce functional requirements.
  • Prioritization: Participate in the prioritization of requests with the functional team and business units.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation relating to the configuration and development of SAP and other related systems.
  • Integrity: Ensure the integrity of information by establishing different documentation, testing, and production implementation strategies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with business units and IT sectors (development and technical).
  • Super User Support: Support and train super users to maximize the use and configuration of the SAP system and other business solutions.
  • Integration: Understand the integrations between SAP ecosystem and different order-taking platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with ABAP teams and external resources from our support provider.

Requirements:

  • Bilingualism: Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience with SAP SD module, with good knowledge of SAP, ideally S4 in the RISE environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP SD technology, including configuration, customization, and best practices, as well as in-depth understanding of business processes related to sales, distribution, and logistics.
  • Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
