Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of SAP SD projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and determine which features to implement or improve.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of SAP SD projects, from planning to implementation and post-implementation support.
- SAP SD Configuration: Ensure the configuration, parameterization, and customization of the SD module to meet the specific requirements of the company.
- User Training and Support: Train end-users on the use of SAP SD and provide support in case of questions or issues.
- Team Management: Manage a team of business analysts and users to understand their needs and different business imperatives.
- Change Management: Analyze change requests, assess impacts, and technological issues, and produce functional requirements.
- Documentation and Testing: Maintain up-to-date documentation relating to the configuration and development of SAP and other related systems, and ensure the integrity of information through testing and production implementation strategies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with business units and IT sectors (development and technical) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Bilingualism: Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience with SAP SD module, with a strong understanding of SAP, ideally S4 in the RISE environment.
- Skills: Good knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and problem-solving, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
