As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts for contact volumes, workloads, and associated headcount planning.

About the Role:
  • Develop and maintain accurate workforce forecasts to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and validate forecasts.
  • Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workforce planning efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with workforce management software, such as Calabrio.
