As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts for contact volumes, workloads, and associated headcount planning.
About the Role:- Develop and maintain accurate workforce forecasts to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and validate forecasts.
- Manage and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workforce planning efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with workforce management software, such as Calabrio.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 CAD per year.
