Workforce Management Senior Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Management Senior Planner to join our Guest Services team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts for contact volumes, workloads, and associated headcount planning.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate workforce forecasts, taking into account various factors such as seasonal fluctuations, business growth, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and insights that impact contact volumes and workloads.
- Manage and analyze data to inform workforce planning decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce planning, making recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop accurate forecasts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Experience with workforce management software and systems, preferably Calabrio or similar platforms.
Arc'teryx offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
