Workforce Management Senior Planner

Join Arc'teryx, a leading outdoor apparel and equipment company, as a Workforce Management Senior Planner in our Guest Services team. As a key member of our workforce planning team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts for contact volumes, workloads, and associated headcount planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate workforce forecasts, taking into account cross-functional inputs and business partner requirements.
- Manage the Guest Services Workforce budget, including OPEX budget management and Peak Period Seasonal scalability.
- Create business cases to support headcount requests and project requests, in partnership with the Senior Manager, Workforce Planning.
- Support time management of the Guest Services department as an output of forecasting.
- Collect information from cross-functional stakeholders impacting Guest Services workload, translating it into headcount and people requirements.
- Support the implementation and refinement of workforce management software forecasting modules.
- Produce a workload forecast and convert it to headcount requirements for the year.
- Support day-to-day operations of the Workforce Management department as required.
- Support the ReBird department with workforce planning strategy and analysis, in partnership with the VP, Rebird, and ReBird Analyst.
- Partner with global service teams to ensure relevant workload impacting information is shared and support them in validation of their long-term forecasting needs.
- Support global budgeting processing with internal and external partners.
- Support the management and evolution of our Workforce planning team.
- 5+ years of experience with workforce planning, ideally in a call center environment.
- Experience forecasting people requirements and translating it into financial requirements and budgets.
- Experience with Calabrio and/or other Workforce Management Platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and advanced analytical skills with a strong aptitude for MS Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience in a high growth environment and with long-term forecasting, budget management, business cases, and staff onboarding planning.
- Experience developing and scaling strategy, identifying root causes of issues, and developing solutions.
- Proactive, flexible, and adaptable with a strong ability to balance autonomy and collaboration.
- Passion for work and a commitment to leaving it better.
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 CAD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
