About the Role:
ASL Distribution Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple branches or locations within the Eastern Region. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, improve performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of multiple branches or locations within the Eastern Region
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive improvements and achieve operational goals
- Collaborate with senior management to align regional goals with overall company strategy
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance for the region, ensuring adherence to financial targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a multi-location environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and metrics
