Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily RCC operations, ensuring data is properly verified.
  • Monitor operator performance and provide necessary training.
  • Manage emergencies by following protocols and coordinating with agencies.
  • Improve communication with other departments.
  • Oversee video surveillance and monitor footage.
  • Create reports to make informed decisions and enhance operations.
  • Track attendance and ensure the team is fully staffed.
  • Manage schedules and absenteeism with backup solutions in place.
  • Regularly update management on passengers and performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience, including team supervision.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and Transport Canada clearance.

Job Details:

  • Location: Regional Control Centre (RCC)
  • Other: Full time, permanent, 40 hours per week
