Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our North American team. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Investment Financial Services accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 150 Investment Financial Services accounts
  • Establish and grow relationships with clients through regular interaction
  • Identify growth opportunities across accounts and deliver strong retention
  • Negotiate renewal of subscriptions
  • Mitigate risk across accounts

Requirements

  • Customer service experience
  • Proven track record with a longer sales cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Expert listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, plus excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
