Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Chef to oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Thai cuisine and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Thai restaurant.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
