Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food quality.
    • Lead by example and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
    • Respond to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
    • Develop and implement strategies to reduce food costs and improve profitability.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Skills
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
