About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Brockville Barburrito. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's unique flavors and ingredients, while ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Team Leadership

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service and food quality.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and handled in a safe and sanitary manner, and that all kitchen equipment and facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience, and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

40 hours per week
