About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Brockville Barburrito. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu items, ensuring that they are innovative, delicious, and meet the high standards of our customers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our kitchen and food service areas, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
