Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food service.
    • Lead by example and maintain a positive and productive kitchen environment.
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner.
    • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste and minimize expenses.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail.
