Document Coordinator

CB Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, operating office equipment, and completing general office work. This is a full-time, short-term contract role in the Winnipeg area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve data within allotted time frames
- Handle documents and tasks related to faxing, archiving, scanning, filing, and word processing
- Coordinate file gathering and indexing with various departments and employees
- Ensure proper document filing and quality control
- Field and answer questions about records and files
- Offer assistance as necessary for other employees on diverse projects
- Arrange a high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents within specific guidelines
Requirements:
- Available Monday to Friday day shifts
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is required
- Efficient in handling office equipment
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Document Scanning experience desired
- Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
