Strategic Client Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Client Executive to join our Group Benefits division in Toronto. This role will appeal to consultants with deep sales and technical expertise who thrive in a team environment.
Your primary responsibility will be generating new business opportunities and collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to create a personalized business development strategy and goals. As a senior subject matter expert, you will also work closely with the service team to provide consulting advice and support to a valued client base.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders that align with our corporate culture.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client relationships and leading prospecting efforts with new clients.
- Lead client engagements, including overall service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewals, business placement, benchmarking, and other studies.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of carrier products and networks, cost management solutions, and funding mechanisms.
