Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand client base: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, source top-tier candidates, and develop strategic plans to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with our recruitment consultants to develop customized solutions for clients and negotiate contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
