About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will drive client growth and retention by providing exceptional leadership and strategic guidance. Your extensive experience in managing complex client relationships will be invaluable in this role.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic advisory services. You will lead client service teams, foster strong relationships, and ensure seamless delivery of services to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow a book of clients, driving revenue expansion and client satisfaction.
  • Influence key client decision-makers, soliciting perspectives and addressing stated needs.
  • Create demand by aligning growth opportunities with clients' and prospects' needs and objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance client retention and acquire new business.
  • Lead client teams on delivery, ensuring progress against established objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage interdependencies between workstreams/functions to ensure superior client service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and deliverables with client objectives.
