**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled WorkForce Time and Attendance Configuration Expert to join our team at 2iSolutions Inc. as a Senior-WorkForce Time and Attendance and Scheduling Configuration Specialist.

**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)

**Job Description:**

This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with the Client Time and Attendance Team Lead on project planning and execution. The successful candidate will work with Business Process Re-engineering teams to design "to-be" business processes aligned with WFS Industry Standards.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of Time Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling workbooks, facilitate workshops, develop test scenarios, and provide training support. They must identify risks, system defects, and process issues; escalate them as required. Additionally, they will contribute to Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts and engage stakeholders effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 5+ years of WorkForce Software Configuration experience in Time Attendance, Absences, and Scheduling implementations.
  • Successful completion of at least 2 large-scale implementations for organizations with 3,000+ collective bargaining agreement time rules.
  • WorkForce Software (WFS) Certifications in: Time and Attendance Management, Absence Management, Leave Request, and Scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities:**
