About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Talentuch. As a key member of our CRM operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, with experience working in a fast-paced tech environment. You will be proficient in a range of technologies, including PHP, MySQL, Apache, and JavaScript, as well as source code control systems like Git and SVN.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are clear and actionable, providing regular updates and feedback to customers on their opened tickets, and validating estimation with our CRM consultants.

You will also communicate with our delivery center manager to coordinate team allocation and ticket dispatch, manage support boards to ensure everything is up-to-date, and escalate any risks identified on support requests.

Additionally, you will be responsible for filling the scorecard to track KPIs of the role and improving support SOPs.

About You:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role and fast-paced tech environment;
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of the following technologies: PHP, MySQL, Apache, JavaScript;
  • Intermediate knowledge of source code control technology, such as Git and SVN;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Responsiveness and ability to communicate calmly;
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills;
  • Bilingual (French & English);
  • CRM knowledge;
  • Scrum master skills;

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes technology;
  • Linux operations;

What We Offer:

Talentuch offers a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
