Product Manager

Acumatica, a leading innovator in cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the success of our CRM product. This role will require strategic planning, collaboration, and innovation to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Job Description:The Product Manager - CRM will be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, customer support, and development. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Planning: Manage the product roadmap from planning to tactical activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Product Documentation: Document benefits of planned features and communicate them to senior management, partners, and customers through various channels.
- Collaboration: Work with development teams to review functional design documents, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Beta Release Management: Identify early adopters, manage beta release processes, and gather feedback to inform future product development.
- Quality Assurance: Review documentation and training materials to ensure they meet customer expectations and provide feedback to Education teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of business and technical acumen, with experience in CRM and ERP software. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements:To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, development, and delivery of CRM software.
- Proven expertise in ERP and CRM business application software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong decision-making and time-management abilities.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
