About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in achieving their advertising goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Pitch and sell our platform's products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or account management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
