About the Role

Carlisle Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store and ensuring that all aspects of store operations are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store inventory levels to ensure product/item availability
  • Analyze weekly P&L statements and review with the management team
  • Identify, evaluate, and respond appropriately to labor efficiency problems
  • Maintain, modify as necessary, and utilize store systems to provide consistent operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • College degree or equivalent experience in operations
  • 1-2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year
