Job Description

The UPS Store 109 is seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by effectively managing sales staff, implementing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Maintenance and Improvements: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive growth, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 7 months of work experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate teams, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
