As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, including supervising staff, managing sales, and maintaining inventory.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Manage Sales and Inventory: Analyze sales trends, manage inventory levels, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Process Transactions: Accurately process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
