Retail Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized retail store supervisor to join our team at The UPS Store. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing store operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning tasks, hiring and training employees, ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, establishing work schedules, and preparing sales reports.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school graduation certificate
- At least 7 months of experience in a similar role
As a retail store supervisor with The UPS Store, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also receive opportunities for professional growth and development.
