Executive Culinary Operations Coordinator

BURGERS PARK is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who can effectively coordinate and supervise food preparation activities, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing efficient work schedules, estimating ingredient and supply requirements, and addressing customer complaints in a professional manner.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity with 35-40 hours of work per week, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of culinary operations.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Evaluate and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory management.
- Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, upholding BURGERS PARK's commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Prepare detailed food order summaries for our chef, facilitating smooth kitchen operations.
- Develop and establish work schedules that align with operational needs, ensuring optimal productivity and employee satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in food service management and supervision. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, will be offered to the successful candidate. This figure is based on industry standards and reflects the demands of this critical role within BURGERS PARK.
