About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Customer Sales team at Clio. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for proactively identifying new opportunities, providing sound advice, and delivering product demonstrations to our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to cross-sell Clio Grow and other Clio products to our existing customer base.
  • Convert qualified opportunities using telephone, email, and product demonstrations.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to prioritize, organize, and set appointments for qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Monitor key metrics, including qualified leads and conversion rates at various stages of the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Support, Account Managers, SDRs/BDRs, and Sales Engineers to provide solutions to our customers.
  • Forecast, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Develop business cases for customers.
  • Hunt and prospect into existing customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of sales experience, including closing deals.
  • 1 year of experience working in SaaS or other technology companies.
  • Knowledge and passion for technology and cloud-based products.
  • Previous experience running demos.
  • A competitive mindset.
  • Cold calling skills.
  • A coachable nature.

What We Offer:

Clio offers a competitive salary, top-tier health benefits, dental, and vision insurance, a hybrid work environment, flexible time off policy, $2000 annual counseling benefit, RRSP matching, and RESP contribution. The full salary range for this role is $59,800 to $74,800 to $89,800 CAD, and the full commission range is $52,000 to $61,200 to $70,400 CAD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts is possible as commission earnings are uncapped.
