About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and bilingual Talent Acquisition Intern to join our National Future Talent team at Intact Financial Corporation. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent from schools across Canada.

This internship is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, act as a strong brand ambassador, and contribute to innovative processes. You'll have the opportunity to optimize our student and new graduate recruitment programs, support Talent Acquisition Consultants, and build strong relationships with internal business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition Consultants through the recruitment process for students
  • Provide a top-tier candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Help build and foster strong relationships with internal business partners
  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external campus activities and events
  • Contribute to fostering a dynamic internal student community within Intact
  • Support the delivery of presentations and workshops to promote our brand
  • Help create new partnerships with schools and student associations across Canada
  • Represent and promote Intact at campus events and career fairs

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources or a relevant field
  • Available to work full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter Term (January to April)
  • Must be returning to school in Summer or Fall following the internship
  • Experience working with clubs or associations on campus is considered an asset
  • Any previous internship experience in campus recruitment or human resources would be an asset
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory for candidates in Toronto, considering the necessity to interact with French-speaking clients and colleagues
