Dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern, Campus role seeks a bilingual candidate to identify top talent from schools across Canada and optimize student and new graduate recruitment programs.

We are looking for a dynamic Bilingual Talent Acquisition Intern, Campus to join our National Future Talent team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying current and future top talent from schools across Canada. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, act as a strong brand ambassador, and contribute to innovative processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Consultants through all the recruitment process for students
  • Providing a top-tier candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Helping build and foster strong relationships with our internal business partners across the organization
  • Assisting in planning and executing internal and external campus activities and events
  • Contributing significantly to fostering a dynamic internal student community within our organization
  • Supporting the delivery of presentations and workshops to promote our brand
  • Helping create new partnerships with schools and student associations across Canada
  • Representing and promoting our organization at campus events and career fairs, with the possibility of occasional travel to events

Requirements include:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources, or another relevant field
  • Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter 2025 Term (January to April)
  • Must be returning to school in Summer 2025 or Fall 2025 following your internship
  • Experience working with clubs or associations on campus is considered an asset
  • Any previous internship experience in campus recruitment or human resources would be an asset
  • Any previous experience with Workday as a ATS and HRIS systems would be an asset
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory for candidates in Toronto, considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with French-speaking clients and colleagues across the country
