This dynamic role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, act as a strong brand ambassador, and contribute to innovative processes. You'll help optimize our student and new graduate recruitment programs at Intact, working closely with our National Future Talent team.

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll support Talent Acquisition Consultants through all the recruitment process for students, providing a top-tier candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. You'll also help build and foster strong relationships with our internal business partners across the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Consultants through all the recruitment process for students
  • Providing a top-tier candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
  • Helping build and foster strong relationships with our internal business partners across the organization
  • Assisting in planning and executing internal and external campus activities and events
  • Contributing significantly to fostering a dynamic internal student community within Intact
  • Supporting the delivery of presentations and workshops to promote our brand
  • Helping create new partnerships with schools and student associations across Canada
  • Representing and promoting Intact at campus events and career fairs, with the possibility of occasional travel to events

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Proven team player

Requirements include:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Human Resources or another relevant field
  • Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter Term (January to April)
  • Must be returning to school in Summer or Fall following your internship
  • Experience working with clubs or associations on campus is considered an asset
  • Any previous internship experience in campus recruitment or human resources would be an asset
  • Any previous experience with Workday as an ATS and HRIS system would be an asset

Bilingualism is mandatory for candidates in Toronto, considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with French-speaking clients and colleagues across the country. For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
