Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Jumping Bean STAVANGER. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our business.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports
  • Assist with the planning and organization of daily operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating events
  • Compile data and statistics to help inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Working Conditions

This role is based in Stavanger, Norway, and the successful candidate will be required to relocate for the position.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between NOK 450,000 and NOK 550,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
