Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at ANWAR & ANWAR CONSULTING INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data assembly and report preparation
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to maintain a smooth workflow
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, organized, and reliable
Work Environment

35 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and work term: permanent
