Job Title: Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Supreme Convenience. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
