At Supreme Convenience, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative procedures and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including computer and technology knowledge.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also have experience working in a similar role and be proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and other relevant software.
