Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted business development plans to expand our presence in the Energy Assessment and HVAC markets.">
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and growth.">
  • Design and deliver engaging pitch decks, one-pagers, and presentations that showcase our value proposition.">
  • Cultivate a hunter mindset to identify new business opportunities and close deals.">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our sales approach.">

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits and a performance-based bonus structure.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, or marketing).">
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tech sales, preferably in the energy or HVAC sectors.">
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.">
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.">
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a rapidly changing landscape.">

You will be based in Chilliwack to Vancouver territory and Vancouver Island, requiring regular travel to meet clients and partners.
