Senior Financial Examiner

Position Title: Senior Financial Examiner

Department: Financial Compliance

Location: Toronto

Status: Permanent Full-time (Hybrid)

The Senior Financial Examiner plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of financial markets by conducting thorough examinations and reviews of financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting financial examinations to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
  • Reviewing financial filing reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing audit working paper files to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Providing expert advice to financial institutions on regulatory requirements and best practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
