Financial Institutions Examiner

At Velocity Trade Capital Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Institutions Examiner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of financial services and institutions with governing legislation and regulation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify clients' financial goals and objectives
  • Monitor client investments and analyze financial records
  • Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement, and estate planning
  • Arrange for the sale of financial products and investments
  • Review and examine financial services and institutions to ensure compliance with governing legislation and regulation
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits
Requirements:
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification
  • Conduct and Practices Handbook course
  • Bloomberg Terminal proficiency
  • MS Office skills
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
