Job Summary

AST Logistics GmbH is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing general office tasks, organizing documents and files, managing emails and calendars, scheduling appointments, and assisting with reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general office tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and documents.
  • Manage emails and calendars, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, both in-person and remotely.
  • Assist with reports, including data analysis and presentation.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Basic computer knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Must live in Canada.
