We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Home Support Program Coordinator. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Home Support program offered by the County of Grande Prairie.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, supervise, and educate Home Support Program staff

Qualifications:
