Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Home Care. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Accompany clients on outdoor recreational activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Perform personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
