Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Home Care. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Accompany clients on outdoor recreational activities and provide transportation as needed.
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
  • Administer medications and provide wound care.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, patience, and a client-focused approach.
Work Setting:

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work in the client's home, providing one-on-one care and support. This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
