Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Home Care. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Support clients with their medication and provide reminders as needed
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a home care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
